The LSC closed on the 31st March, 2010. The ownership of the National Employer Skills Survey has been passed to the UK Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES), whilst the National Learner Satisfaction Survey (NLSS) has passed to the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.
